About these terms
These terms are an agreement between you and Elaki Organics (“Elaki”, “we”, “us”), of JKUAT Towers, Mezzanine, M10, Kenyatta Avenue, Nairobi. By using this website or placing an order, you agree to them. Our privacy policy, shipping and delivery policy and returns and refunds policy also form part of these terms.
Our products and your health
- Our herbal tea and skincare are wellness and cosmetic products. They are not medicines and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease.
- Product information on this website is general information, not medical advice.
- Elaki Burn Herbal Tea is not recommended for pregnant mothers without consulting a doctor. If you are pregnant, breastfeeding, have a medical condition or take medication, talk to a doctor before using our products.
- For skincare, test a small amount on your skin first. Stop using any product that causes redness, itching or a rash, and see a doctor if it is severe.
- Always follow the directions and cautions on the pack.
- Customer results shared on our website are personal experiences. Results vary from person to person.
Prices and offers
Prices are shown in Kenya Shillings (KSh). Some prices, such as tea pack prices and delivery fees outside the CBD, are confirmed with you before you pay. We may change prices at any time, but the price we confirm for your order will not change after confirmation. Offers and discounts last while stocks last or until the date we state.
Placing an order
When you place an order, you are asking to buy the products in your cart. The order becomes a contract when we confirm it by email or WhatsApp. We may decline or cancel an order if a product is out of stock, a price was shown in error, we cannot deliver to your location, or we suspect fraud. If you have already paid, we refund you in full.
You do not need an account to order. Please make sure your name, phone number, email and location are correct so we can reach you.
Payment
We accept payment by M-Pesa:
- Lipa na M-Pesa, Pay Bill, business number 600100, account number 104825.
- The name shown should be Elika Organics. Check it before you enter your PIN.
- Keep your M-Pesa confirmation message and share the transaction code with us at checkout, by email or on WhatsApp.
We dispatch orders once payment is confirmed. We will never ask for your M-Pesa PIN, and we will never ask you to pay to a personal number. If anyone does, it is not us.
Delivery and pickup
Delivery is free within Nairobi CBD. For other areas, the delivery fee depends on your location and is confirmed before you pay. Full details are in our shipping and delivery policy. Responsibility for the products passes to you when they are delivered to you or collected from our shop.
Returns and refunds
If you receive a wrong, damaged or faulty item, we will replace it or refund you. Our returns and refunds policy explains the time limits and how to make a request.
Our official channels
We only sell through this website, our WhatsApp number 0700 230 038, our phone lines and our shop on Kenyatta Avenue. Our social media pages are Instagram @elaki_organics and our Facebook page linked on this website. We are not responsible for products bought from other sellers or accounts using our name. Please report any account pretending to be Elaki to us.

The Elaki name, logo, product photos, designs and text on this website belong to Elaki Organics. You may not copy or use them for commercial purposes without our written permission. Customer reviews are shared with names and personal details hidden.
Our responsibility to you
We take care to describe our products accurately and to deliver them in good condition. To the extent the law allows, we are not responsible for losses that were not foreseeable, or for results from using a product in a way that does not follow its directions and cautions. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Consumer Protection Act, 2012 or any other law of Kenya.
Disputes and governing law
If you have a problem, please contact us first and we will try to resolve it quickly and fairly. These terms are governed by the laws of Kenya, and any dispute will be handled by the courts of Kenya.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The version on this website on the day you place your order applies to that order.
