When your order arrives
We prepare and dispatch orders once your payment is confirmed. We aim to deliver within Nairobi CBD on the same day, and to other parts of Nairobi on the same day too. Where we send your order by courier, to other parts of Nairobi or to other towns in Kenya, delivery usually takes 1 day. We share the expected delivery time when we confirm your order.
Deliveries may take longer on public holidays, in bad weather or during very busy periods. We will let you know if there is a delay.
Picking up from the shop
Choose “Pick up at the shop” at checkout. We will message you when your order is ready. Bring your order number when you come to JKUAT Towers, Mezzanine, M10, Kenyatta Avenue, Nairobi CBD.
Receiving your order
- Please keep your phone on. Our rider or courier will call you on the number you gave at checkout.
- Make sure your location and building or landmark are correct, so we can find you quickly.
- If we cannot reach you or the location is wrong, we will contact you to arrange another delivery. A repeat delivery outside the CBD may carry an extra fee.
- For courier deliveries, collect your parcel promptly once the courier tells you it has arrived.
Check your order on delivery
Please check your products when they arrive. If anything is wrong, damaged or missing, tell us within 48 hours with photos and your order number. Our returns and refunds policy explains what happens next.
Order updates
We send updates by email and WhatsApp when your order is confirmed, when your payment is received and when your order is on the way or ready for pickup.
