How to brew

1 tea bag, 1 cup
Use hot water at 90 to 95°C, just off the boil.

Steep 5 to 7 minutes
Longer gives a stronger moringa and pepper taste.

Drink 1 to 2 times daily
Hot or warm. At 2 cups a day, 42 sachets last 21 days.
Not recommended for pregnant mothers without consulting a doctor.
